2022 Painted Hive Body Art Competition

The 2022 PHB Competition is about to Start! Boxes will be put together and primed during a Hive Body Party Saturday, November 13th from 1-3pm at G&S Apiary. 15981 Breezy Hill Ln, Smithfield, VA, 23430. Once they are done artists can start picking up their boxes and letting their imaginations go wild.

Updates to Follow

The 2021 PHB auction is over!  Thank you to all those that took the time to paint a box or bid on a box. The bidding was fast and furious at the Virginia State Beekeepers Conference in October 2021. All profits from the auction go towards our annual grant which has been combined with the money raised during the 2020 auction as well. We are still looking for Grant Applications to be submitted. They are available on the website.
